TNT products are made to order while still falling into "quick ship" lead time. Impressive, right?
If not backordered, we aim to ship in the 3rd week from order. If we experience any delays, we will contact you.
We only offer White Glove Delivery service at the greatly reduced flat rate 95$. Transit times vary depending on your location. Our freight partner was chosen based on significantly lower price, low instances of damage, and, most importantly, greatly reduced carbon foot print.
Our White Glove Service includes delivery by 1-2 men (depending on weight) to a designated room of your choice (up to 2 flights of stairs) and packaging removal.
Once the order is ready for pick up, the carrier will be booked and the goods will move from TNT's plant to the carrier's network. Customers will receive pick up notification via email with tracking and carrier info.
Customer should expect to hear from the carrier within 12 BUSINESS DAYS to arrange the delivery date and time window. Please be home during the agreed upon time to avoid any missed delivery charges. Missed delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the items are delivered, the shipment is marked as delivered and the Proof of Delivery is signed by the customer. ANY damages should be noted on the POD. Failure to do so at delivery will void any future claims.
