All orders are made to order and, therefore, not amendable. Once an order is placed, the order can not be changed, canceled or returned. Please inspect your  product thoroughly before signing off on the delivery. If you experience a manufacturer's defect, please email operator@thenewtradtionalists.com for a solution.

Avoid: harsh cleaning products, sliding furniture across the floor, standing/sitting on the furniture, placing outdoors, placing near extreme heat, placing near humidity, and all other extreme conditions and treatment.
